1. Contact exposure: The spray must reach the infested leaf surfaces because the product is non-systemic.
2. Energy disruption: Propargite inhibits mitochondrial ATP synthase in susceptible mites.
3. Rotation planning: Avoid repeatedly treating successive mite generations with Group 12C. Where another treatment is justified, select an effective acaricide from a different IRAC group only according to its own label and local expert advice.

• Coverage: Calibrate the sprayer and cover the crop canopy evenly, including infested leaf surfaces, without causing runoff.
• Mixing: Do not combine Mitekill with another pesticide or adjuvant unless the current labels and qualified local advice explicitly permit it.
• Protection: Wear the label-required chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing and eye/face protection; avoid breathing spray mist or vapour.
• Environment: Prevent drift, runoff or wash water from entering ponds, streams, drains or irrigation channels.
