Fotis is a non-systemic Chlorpyrifos 20% EC organophosphate insecticide with contact and ingestion activity on the currently permitted crop–pest uses below.
Use note: Do not use on ber, citrus or tobacco under S.O. 4294(E), 3 October 2023. Follow the regulatory 1,250–1,500 ml/ha sugarcane early/stalk-borer rate, not the conflicting manufacturer-page figure.

Chlorpyrifos inhibits acetylcholinesterase (IRAC Group 1B), disrupting insect nerve transmission. It is not described here as systemic or environmentally safe.
