How Corprima Works

Chlorantraniliprole belongs to IRAC Group 28. It modulates insect ryanodine receptors involved in calcium release and muscle function, leading to contraction and paralysis in susceptible target insects. FMC describes Corprima as acting mainly through ingestion and causing exposed pests to stop feeding rapidly. Performance still depends on correct identification, timing, coverage and label-compliant use.

Application Guidance

Where another treatment is justified, follow local expert guidance and use only an effective product from a different IRAC group that is independently registered for that crop and pest.
