How Almix Works
Chlorimuron Ethyl and Metsulfuron Methyl are sulfonylurea herbicides that inhibit acetolactate synthase, also called acetohydroxyacid synthase. This blocks an essential plant process in susceptible weeds. HRAC classifies both active ingredients as Group 2. Although Almix contains two actives, they share the same classified target site and must not be presented as two different modes of action.

Application Guidance
- Use only in transplanted rice under the verified pre-emergence 3-DAT direction.
- Measure the treated land area and calibrate the sprayer to deliver 20 g product and 300 L water per hectare.
- Do not convert the direction into a universal g/L, knapsack-tank or sachet-per-tank dose.
- Do not publish dry-seeded rice or 3–5-leaf weed-stage use until a current approved label resolves the public-source conflict.
- Do not add a grass herbicide, adjuvant or another input unless the current labels explicitly permit that exact use.
